FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

How do virtual visits work?

We offer asynchronous telehealth. Instead of a live call, you send us messages through our secure, HIPAA-compliant patient portal whenever it’s convenient, and we respond with guidance. No scheduling required.

Do you accept insurance?

No, but we help however we can — including itemized receipts/superbills for insurance or HSA/FSA reimbursement. We recommend checking with your plan before booking. Prescriptions can typically still go through your insurance.

What payment do you accept?

Cash, credit card, Venmo, HSA/FSA card.

Can you prescribe medication?

Yes. As Nurse Practitioners, we diagnose, treat, prescribe, order labs, interpret labs, and order imaging.

Can you treat children too?

Yes — as Family Nurse Practitioners, we’re trained to care for patients of all ages.

Can you see patients outside North Carolina?

Not currently — you must be located in NC at the time of your visit (perfect if you’re visiting or traveling through). We’re planning to expand, with South Carolina next. If you’re currently located in SC, reach out to us directly to determine eligibility.

What locations do you serve locally?

Mobile IV Hydration, In-home Lab Draw, and In-home Injections are available for: Gastonia, Dallas, Cramerton, Belmont, Charlotte, Mt. Holly, Kings Mountain, and Shelby — North Carolina.
